When my senior advisor learned that I was most interested in putting some funds into a charitable organization whose aim was to help needy people with their basic needs in order to share with them the love of God, he knew the right choice for me. Not only is my money being used in a most beneficial way now, my monthly annuity payment is sufficient to cover my long-term health insurance plus provide a sizable gift each month for my daughter.

I am very happy to respond to your request for a testimonial to how easy and well we were treated in establishing our charitable annuity with your organization.

We needed a tax break due to selling stocks after our retirement and wanted also to help people less fortunate than ourselves. Congratulations on 25 years of good business practices for national Community Foundation. I am writing in response to your letter, regarding the outcome of our mutual undertaking for the sale of industrial property in St. Charles, Illinois. The sale was finalized on the last day of October 2002, so I have been receiving a monthly annuity payment for a little over one year.

Our former tenant was always slow in mailing the rent for the property making it difficult to plan expenditures. He always seemed to have a crisis on his hands so paying rent was not high on his priority list. It has been such a pleasure to have the annuity payment always in the bank at the same time every month.

During the sale of the property my husband, Jerry and I could always count on your representatives to give us their undivided attention when we called upon them.
